1. Purpose

NaukriShetu is a skill-based job platform intended to serve as a medium of contact and exchange of information for users who have a genuine intention to find job opportunities and for employers seeking qualified candidates.

Our platform connects job seekers with employers through a skill-verification system where candidates pay only after their interview is scheduled by an HR representative.

2. Use of Services

NaukriShetu services are meant exclusively for:

• Job Seekers: Individuals genuinely looking for employment opportunities
• Employers/HR: Companies and recruiters looking to hire qualified candidates
• Employees: Company employees participating in referral programs

Any misuse of the platform, including but not limited to copying, downloading, recreating, or sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited. NaukriShetu reserves the right to terminate access and take legal action against violators.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating profiles or applying for jobs. This includes:

• Personal details (name, contact information)
• Educational qualifications
• Work experience and skills
• Resume and supporting documents

3.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Users shall NOT:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload harmful content, viruses, or malware
• Interfere with the platform's operations

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pay-After-Interview Model

NaukriShetu operates on a unique pay-after-interview model:

• Job applications are FREE
• Skill assessments are FREE
• Payment of ₹99 is required only AFTER an HR schedules your interview

4.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund guarantee if:

• The HR cancels the scheduled interview
• The HR fails to attend the scheduled interview
• The interview does not happen due to reasons on the employer's side

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled interview date. For refund inquiries, contact support@naukrishetu.com

5. Skill Assessments

Our platform uses skill-based assessments to verify candidate capabilities:

• Assessments are valid for 7 days from completion
• One skill test unlocks applications for all jobs requiring that skill
• A passing score of 60% or higher is required
• Failed assessments have a cooldown period before retry

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NaukriShetu provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interview calls
• The accuracy of information provided by employers or candidates
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The conduct of other users on the platform

Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any job opportunity or candidate.

7. Limitation of Liability

NaukriShetu shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or information
• Actions of third parties on the platform
• Technical failures beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on NaukriShetu, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of NaukriShetu and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

NaukriShetu reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Access to the platform will be revoked
• No refunds will be provided for any unused services
• User data may be retained as required by law

11. Modifications

NaukriShetu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
