Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At NaukriShetu, we believe in fairness to our users. Our platform operates on a pay-after-interview model where candidates are charged only after an HR representative has scheduled their interview. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

2. When Refunds Are Applicable

We offer a 100% refund guarantee under the following circumstances:

2.1 HR-Side Cancellation

• The HR cancels the scheduled interview after payment has been made
• The employer withdraws the job posting after payment
• The HR fails to attend the scheduled interview (no-show by employer)

2.2 Platform-Side Issues

• Technical errors that prevented the candidate from accessing interview details after payment
• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Platform downtime during the scheduled interview window that was solely on our end

3. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The candidate fails to attend the scheduled interview (candidate no-show)
• The candidate attends the interview but is not selected
• The candidate changes their mind after making the payment
• The candidate provides incorrect or fraudulent information
• The interview was attended and completed by both parties

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@naukrishetu.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your registered email address
3. Include the transaction ID or payment reference number
4. Provide a brief description of the reason for your refund request

4.2 Refund Timeline

• Review Period: Refund requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Credit to Account: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate payment methods.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Interview Cancellation by Candidate

If a candidate wishes to cancel a scheduled interview after making payment:

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled interview time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the interview are not eligible for a refund

5.2 Interview Cancellation by HR/Employer

If the HR or employer cancels the interview:

• The candidate is automatically eligible for a full refund
• The refund will be initiated automatically within 2–3 business days

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you can:

1. Respond to the refund decision email with additional information
2. Escalate the matter by emailing support@naukrishetu.com with the subject line "Refund Escalation"

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 business days of escalation.

7. Modifications to This Policy

NaukriShetu reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
